DESCRIPTIONS
Please read the descriptions fully before confirming your order to ensure the correct items are ordered.
Where the wearing of particular colours or garments is restricted (for example different houses or year groups) this should be clear in the description. Similarly any choices between alternative garments, colours or decoration should also be clear.
If you are not sure which garments are correct then please contact your school.
SIZING
Please ensure correct sizes are selected. While we are happy to exchange sizes Stitch Design reserves the right to charge appropriate carriage costs in such circumstances.Clicking the Size Guide box under each image will list all the garments available on your form, enabling you to relate the garment label to the corresponding ‘to fit’ size, as recommended by the manufacturer.
WARNING: Each school may use garments from a variety of manufacturers who may label garments differently and give different “To fit” recommendations. For example two garments labeled “Age 3-4 years” may have different “To fit” recommendations.If you are not familiar with a particular garment check with your school for the availability of samples.
*Please note garment images are presented as a visual aid to the ordering process and may not exactly match the garment you receive. You will, however, always receive the correct garment as agreed with your school.
ORDERING
Enter the desired quantity in each of the corresponding boxes. Whenever you UPDATE ORDER each product grouping will display the cost of products within that particular group, to help you with any budgeting calculations. The ORDER TOTAL will be displayed at the bottom of the form and in the top right-hand corner. Note: All prices are shown inclusive of any VAT which may be applicable.
Once you are happy with the selection then either press the PROCEED button or left-click on the ORDER TOTAL at the top right-hand corner.
WARNING: If you PROCEED without pressing the UPDATE ORDER button then any information entered into the form since it was last UPDATED will be lost.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS and DELIVERY screen
Choose the appropriate Delivery Option from the one’s available, checking your delivery address is correct, if applicable. Next enter any other Special Instructions for the order you may have. Please enter your contact number at this point in case we have any problems with your order.
If you wish to check your order, or make any changes to it you can do this at this point by clicking on BACK TO ORDER. Note: Special Instructions will be lost when you go BACK TO ORDER. At the moment you will have to re-enter them.
Once you are happy with your order and the information supplied press the PROCEED button.
BASKET CONTENTS
This is your final check before confirming the order. You will see a full listing of your order along with any special instructions entered. You can print this off for your records using the Print Order button at the top (right-hand side). You will also receive a confirmation email with the same information on it.
Click on BACK TO ORDER if you wish to make any further changes or MAKE PAYMENT to go to our payment gateway.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
We check all garments prior to despatch but occasionally errors will be made. If you receive any garment that is incorrect or faulty then please contact Stitch Design directly on 01256 771 999 to arrange an exchange.
